The mission of the Human Resources Department at Cateringpor is to provide the conditions for the company to move in the right direction, with the aim of attracting and retaining talent. To this end, we focus on three key factors for our success: People, Processes and Customer Satisfaction.
The commitment is to anticipate the trends and needs of the company and the activity, valuing human capital as a unique and essential element in the company’s business.
Human Resources at Cateringpor play a key role in the management and development of our employees, who represent around 22 nationalities and speak 14 different languages.
Our mission is to ensure that each one of us feels part of the Cateringpor team and feels valued, supported and motivated! It’s a continuous journey, a long road that is taken step by step, consolidating each achievement!

To this end, the Human Resources Department works closely with all our employees, clients and suppliers.

Operational excellence is promoted by recognizing and valuing our teams, recruiting the best talent and continuously developing skills so that everyone has the opportunity to exceed their expectations and reach their potential.
