Job description
- Management of culinary innovation projects from conception to completion Manager PD;
- Development of new innovative solutions taking into account current trends;
- Work closely with the MD Executive Chef, Celebrity Chefs, Quality, suppliers and clients;
- Working on trends, market studies and new product lines;
- Testing and validation of ingredient samples in terms of yield and cost;
- Carry out product analysis, customer presentations and internal analysis and subsequent feedback to internal and external partners;
- Creation and optimization of recipes, budget compliance and menu design;
- Supporting the sales team and the Executive Chef in preparing and giving presentations;
- Development of operating materials such as recipes and adaptation to specific tools/equipment;
- Handling complaints and reports of defects, as well as initiating and implementing corrective measures;
- Monitoring audits at the Chef’s desk;
- Permanent optimization of menus and components to increase quality and efficiency in cooperation with production, purchasing and sales;
