SKILLS REQUIREMENTS (FOR THE JOB)

• Degree preferred;
• Experience in a similar role preferred;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Initiative and willingness to learn;
• Office package proficiency;
• Knowledge and understanding of the ISO 22000 standard gained from work experience or professional training;
• Professional training in food production and cooking techniques, food hygiene and safety, HACCP, Security and HALAL;
• Knowledge of BC and O2P (Plus).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and defining system specifications;
• Assisting with software testing to ensure quality and compliance with requirements;
• Monitoring the interfaces between existing systems, making adjustments as necessary;
• Providing technical support to end users, helping to resolve problems and queries about the operation of systems;
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for the systems, including user manuals, technical specifications and progress reports;
• Participate in training and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge in the area of systems analysis;
• Creation of Master Data in existing systems;
• Collaborating with the other members of the team on various activities and/or projects, applying their knowledge in a versatile way in order to contribute to optimizing the services provided;
