SKILLS REQUIREMENTS (FOR THE JOB)
- Degree preferred;
- Experience in a similar role preferred;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Initiative and willingness to learn;
- Office package proficiency;
- Knowledge and understanding of the ISO 22000 standard gained from work experience or professional training;
- Professional training in food production and cooking techniques, food hygiene and safety, HACCP, Security and HALAL;
- Knowledge of BC and O2P (Plus).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and defining system specifications;
- Assisting with software testing to ensure quality and compliance with requirements;
- Monitoring the interfaces between existing systems, making adjustments as necessary;
- Providing technical support to end users, helping to resolve problems and queries about the operation of systems;
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for the systems, including user manuals, technical specifications and progress reports;
- Participate in training and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge in the area of systems analysis;
- Creation of Master Data in existing systems;
- Collaborating with the other members of the team on various activities and/or projects, applying their knowledge in a versatile way in order to contribute to optimizing the services provided;
