Requisitos de competências (para o desempenho da função):
  • Technical or Higher Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation,…preferential). – At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 2-year experience leading teams in Industrial environment
  • 1 year of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in an industrial environment, as a preferential factor – Experience in continuous improvements methodology
  • Resolution of problems and conflicts
  • Knowledge of 5S and 7Waste tools, as a preferential factor
  • Problem solving
  • Basic Project management
  • English
Descrição das funções:
  •  Manpower planning according to the budget assumption.
  • Monitor Operation KPI’s and define corrective actions for deviations. (OEE; Quality; Idle time; Overtime; Absenteeism).
  • Define with the maintenance manager a strategy for his area of responsibility.
  • Strategy implementation and tracking; action plans & KPI’s.
  • Define with the maintenance manager and implement the maintenance plan.
  • Guarantee the discipline of execution to deliver the defined quality and timing.
  • Define with other department the strategy to maintain equipment-TPM.
